Planning Everyday Meal

I always cook pork nilaga (boiled pork) or nilagang pata (boiled pork leg) and chicken tinola once a week because my daughter requested it. These menus are her favorite recipe and I’ am glad about that because I considered pork nilaga and chicken tinola to be nutritious food since it consist of vegetables.

One of the difficult tasks of being a mother and a housewife is preparing everyday meal. I’m so lucky that I have a husband who will always help me preparing our everyday meal especially every morning, he help me prepare our breakfast. I see to it that we eat breakfast before going to work because I know the healthy benefits of eating breakfast.

It is important to plan your weekly meal so that you can modify if according to the request of your family members. Planning daily meal is a time saver due to fewer trips to the drive thru or market and also controls portions and prevents hidden calories. In addition, it tends to be less expensive and higher nutrients.

Of course, one way to plan everyday meal is first get ideas from family members so that it can be easier for you to prepare meal if their food preferences are considered. Then, make a list of all the main dishes of family members and the foods that you would like to serve. List all the ingredients that you will need to prepare the meals. In addition, you should also pantry and refrigerator contents and include it in your list.

Other advantage of planning a meal is choosing healthy foods for your family since you will identify what to include in breakfasts, lunches, dinner and snacks.

Always remember to include fruits and vegetables in your shopping list. Know also nutritional guidelines for your eating lifestyle.

At present, my husband is a college instructor and handles several engineering subjects in one of the school here. He is so very busy and unable to pass the requirements so I will be helping him to do his proposals.

It is important to know the proposal writing tips and guidelines in order to understand the proper way of writing proposal. Not all proposal have same format, however, my our proposal format goes this way

It was 11 months ago when I and my husband purchase a computer and apply for internet connection. It was my friend who introduces me to internet marketing or what we called blogging. Actually, he is the on internet marketing for more than 4 years. I can say that he is a successful internet marketer because he was able to buy a house and lot and provides the needs of his family. At first, I was hesitating to try internet business but there is no harm in trying. He told me to try a free hosted blog, so I sign up to blogger.com and registered my first blog. Actually, I don’t know how to start but because of his constant motivation and advice to be patient. I continue to write anything under the sun. He also told me to join to webmaster forum to be able for me to become familiar to the terms of internet marketers. At first, I am confused but later on, I just follow some simple steps of how to get more visitors to my blog. I submitted my blog to several directories and social bookmarking sites. Then later on, I sign up to adsense, a pay per click program. Whenever visitors click an ad from your blog, advertiser will pay you. For the first 4-6 months, I just get a few clicks from my visitor, I just earning a few bucks.

Whenever I have question on my mind, I just search on google or yahoo so that I am able to learn. Sometime, I also go to forum and ask some question and I am glad that there is a kind fellow webmaster that is willing to help and answer my question.

As of now, I have three registered blog and earning a few bucks from it through adsense program. Thanks for my friends who help me to register my blog and for their hosting service. It’s a great financial help for my family.
